By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
GradRoadmap provides digital, personalised, and consulting-based services, including application reviews, editorial support, strategic guidance, and research-based recommendations.
Because our services involve custom work tailored to your individual profile, different refund rules apply compared to physical goods.

Admissions decisions are made solely by universities and are outside our control.
At our discretion, we may consider partial or discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness), but this is not guaranteed and is assessed case by case.
